Another year in the books, and what a year it’s been at Walker Farms.
From spring calves to autumn harvests, from new partnerships to familiar faces at our Dairy Bar, 2025 reminded us why we do what we do: producing pure, honest dairy for local families.
Here’s a look back at the moments that mattered most.
Continuing Our A2 Commitment
This year, we continued to do what matters most – helping families enjoy dairy. Our A2 Protein Milk and Butter are naturally offering a smoother, easier-to-digest option without compromising on that farm-fresh taste.


Whether you were baking our A2 Protein Butter into golden feta and leek scones, whisking it into a creamy garden quiche our A2 Protein Butter continued to be a staple in local kitchens – bringing comfort, flavour, and a little farm goodness to every bite.



Sustainability at the Heart of Everything
At Walker Farms, sustainability isn’t just a goal – it’s our guiding principle. Each decision we make considers the land, our animals, and the generations who will come after us.

Our operations remain eco-friendly and sustainable because we believe in doing dairy the right way. As fourth-generation dairy farmers, we readily adopt new technologies and work to reduce our carbon footprint while strongly supporting local food systems. Our milk is produced, processed, and packaged on our family farm in Aylmer, within 150 meters of our location: local and fresh, the way milk was meant to be.
Fresh Flavours at the Dairy Bar
Our Dairy Bar was as lively as ever in 2025. Whether you stopped by for a scoop of ice cream, or picked up a bottle of our rich A2 Protein Milk, the Dairy Bar continued to be the heart of our operation. We loved seeing your photos, hearing your stories, and sharing the simple joy of good dairy with everyone who came through our doors.

Sharing Recipes & Celebrating the Seasons
We raised a glass (of milk, of course) to moms everywhere on Mother’s Day, celebrated National Ice Cream Day in July with endless scoops and smiles, welcomed fall with corn on the cob dripping in golden butter, and finished the season with sweet Halloween Rice Krispies treats made with our A2 Protein Butter.



Each of these moments, on the farm, in your kitchen, and out in the community, reminds us why we do what we do. The best memories are made around the table, shared with the people we love, and made better with a bit of butter.
