1. Berry Sunrise Smoothie

It is light, naturally sweet and perfect for mornings when you want something quick but still nourishing. The 2% keeps it creamy without feeling heavy.

  • Best with 2% A2 Protein Milk
  • Blend 1 cup of mixed berries including strawberries, blueberries and raspberries, 1 frozen banana, 1 cup of 2% milk and a drizzle of honey

2. Peach & Vanilla Power Smoothie

It is rich, creamy and full of peak summer flavour thanks to fresh Ontario peaches. The higher fat milk gives it a milkshake like texture while still feeling refreshing

  • Best with 3.25% A2 Protein Milk
  • Blend 1 ripe peach, 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, 1 cup of 3.25% milk, 1 teaspoon vanilla and a handful of ice

3. Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie

It is simple, satisfying and tastes like a treat while still working for breakfast or post activity fuel. The chocolate milk adds natural sweetness with less sugar than typical chocolate milk. 

  • Best with 2% Chocolate A2 Protein Milk
  • Blend 1 frozen banana, 1 tablespoon peanut butter and 1 cup chocolate milk until smooth
