1/2 cup granulated sugar

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup your favourite nuts or seeds (optional)

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth.
  3. Add the melted butter and sugar to the mashed bananas, and mix until well combined.
  4. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  7. Gently fold in the A2 Protein Milk until the batter is smooth and creamy.
  8. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
  9. Sprinkle nuts and seeds to the top of the batter
  10. Bake in the preheated oven for 60-70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the centre comes out clean.
